Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact or project form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever details you share about your project.
Payment information. When you pay an invoice, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. Crypted AI never sees or stores your full card number. We receive limited confirmation data such as the amount, status, and the last four digits.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
To send and process invoices and payments.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.
To send you updates you have asked for, such as our newsletter. You can opt out anytime.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the business, and only as needed:

Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
Email and scheduling tools we use to communicate with you.
Authorities or advisors when we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to understand general usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including the length of our working relationship and any period required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email hello@crypted.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reputable providers and HTTPS encryption across the site, and payments run through Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
