These terms govern your use of the Crypted AI website and any services you engage us for. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them. Crypted AI is a software studio based in New York, United States.

Our services

We provide software engineering, web design and development, custom AI solutions, workflow automation, and technical consulting. The specific work, deliverables, and timeline for any project are set out in the proposal or scope we agree on with you before work begins.

Quotes, invoices, and payment

• All prices and invoices are in US dollars (USD).
• We typically scope and quote a project before starting. Many engagements use a deposit to begin and milestone payments as work progresses, as stated in your proposal.
• Invoices are payable by the due date on the invoice. You can pay online by card through Stripe at our pay an invoice page.
• Late or missed payments may pause work until the balance is settled.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Scope and changes

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may change the price or timeline. We will tell you before doing work that affects either, so there are no surprise invoices.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the access, content, and timely feedback we need to do the work, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us to use.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, and we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranties and liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what we expressly agree in a proposal, our services and this website are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Crypted AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to.

Confidentiality

We keep your confidential information private and ask the same of you regarding ours. We will not share your business information except as needed to do the work or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for paying for work completed up to that point, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
